As of 2023, Everychem utilizes USPS for all shipping. Rates are calculated partially based on proximity, with variations determined by distance and additional factors as set by USPS.
Domestic Shipments
A domestic shipment (from the USA, to the USA) could take anywhere from a few days to a week after it has been submitted to a USPS facility.
International Shipments
International shipments could take as little as 6 days, up to a couple of months if your country’s customs are slow. Before that, there may be a delay of a day up to a couple of weeks before an order has reached USPS, although we make an effort to ship packages the same or next day the order was placed.
Exclusions
At present, we do not allow purchases from Poland due to too many failures and miscommunications. USPS is not accepting packages being sent to Russia. Additional exclusions may apply based on USPS’ current status.
Pre-orders and Back-orders
If an item is pre-ordered or back-ordered, it could take up to 2 months to fulfill it. During that time, you are welcome to request a refund by contacting us at [email protected].
Refunds for Damaged Items
If you receive a package with broken products, including leaks, you are also eligible for a refund.
