Pre-orders may be cancelled if the request is made two weeks before the projected shipping date. Refunds are not validated until it is confirmed in writing by an employee.

This is due to the nature of our products being easily degraded by improper storage techniques or the possibility of them tampered with.
Any product returned to sender will be discarded.
