Carrier and shipping methods
All domestic orders ship via USPS. The specific service is selected automatically based on your order’s weight and the option you choose at checkout:
- USPS First-Class Mail — for lighter packages (under 1 lb)
- USPS Ground Advantage — for heavier packages (1 lb and up)
- USPS Priority Mail — faster option, available at checkout for an additional cost
Delivery times
Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Processing time (picking, packing, label creation) is typically 1–2 business days on top of that.
Free shipping
Free shipping is available on US orders over $200. The shipping method for free orders is selected automatically based on package weight — lighter packages go First-Class, heavier ones go Ground Advantage.
Tracking
Every order includes a USPS tracking number. You’ll receive it by email once your label is created. You can also find it on your order page. See our article on tracking your package for more details.
