We want to be transparent about our refund policy so there are no surprises.
What qualifies for a refund?
- Customs rejection: Refund processed when the returned package arrives back to us (1–2 weeks).
- Customs seizure and/or destruction: Refund processed immediately once you provide the seizure documentation.
- Extended transit: If your package has been in transit for 2 months or more with no movement, we begin the refund process.
- Backordered items: You can request a refund for any backordered item at any time.
What’s NOT refundable
- Shipping costs — Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.
- Peptide products — Peptides cannot be refunded. They are temperature-sensitive and are destroyed upon return, so we cannot restock them.
Why is my refund less than I expected?
If your refund seems small (or zero), it’s almost certainly because your order consisted primarily of peptide products and/or a large portion was shipping cost. Both are excluded from refunds per the policy above. By ordering, you are agreeing to these listed policies.
Reshipments and Returns
We do not offer reshipments or returns under any circumstances. All issues are resolved, where applicable, through refunds only.
