If you’re seeing a 404 error or a blank page when trying to pay by credit card, you’re not alone — this is a known issue that affects some customers.
What’s happening
Certain banks and card processors occasionally block or redirect payments to our checkout page, which can result in a 404 (page not found) error. This is not a problem on your end.
What you can do
- Try a different card — A card from a different bank may go through without issues.
- Pay with cryptocurrency — We accept crypto payments at checkout, which bypasses card processing entirely.
- Try again later — In some cases the issue is temporary and resolves on its own within a few hours.
- Clear your Cache/Cookies — Occasionally it’s just a refresh issue, and clearing them before doing a hard refresh of the website often clears the issue.
- Change Browser/Device — Swapping your browser to a different one or changing the device you are trying to order from often resolves the issue as well.
