Paying with Cryptocurrency

We accept cryptocurrency as a payment method at checkout. Here are a few things to keep in mind.

After you send payment

Once your crypto transaction is broadcast, it may take a few minutes for the network to confirm it. Your order will update automatically once the payment is confirmed — no need to contact us unless something seems off.

Common issues

  • Wrong network: Make sure you’re sending on the correct blockchain network. Sending tokens on the wrong network (e.g., sending via BSC instead of ERC-20) means we can’t receive the funds, and recovery may not be possible.
  • Wrong coin: Similar to the “wrong network” issue. However, while we are sometimes able to recover the payment when it’s on the wrong network, sending the wrong coin is completely unrecoverable to us (e.g., sending Ethereum when you selected USDC). Make sure you’re sending the same coin you selected, otherwise it’s lost to us, and you’d need to contact your exchange for any hope of retrieval.
  • Underpayment: If the amount received is slightly less than the invoice (due to network fees or price fluctuation), reach out to us. We can usually resolve small differences quickly.
  • Payment not showing: If your transaction has confirmed on-chain but your order still shows as unpaid after 30 minutes, contact us with your order number and transaction hash so we can look into it.

Crypto is often the most reliable payment method, especially if you’ve had trouble with card payments.
