We understand how frustrating it is when something you want is out of stock.
When will it be back?
Restock timelines are hard to pin down. Depending on the compound, it could be anywhere from a few days to a couple of months. The sweet spot is usually a few weeks, but we can’t guarantee exact dates because our supply chain involves specialized sourcing.
Check back on the product page — availability updates as soon as new stock arrives.
What if my order has a backordered item?
If you’ve already placed an order and one of the items is backordered, your entire order will be held until that item is available. But you don’t have to wait — just contact us and we can:
- Swap it for a different in-stock item of similar price.
- Refund the backordered item and ship everything else right away.
We’re happy to work with you to get your order out the door as fast as possible.
Can you send my in-stock stuff now, and my backordered stuff later?
We unfortunately do not offer to split shipments into in-stock vs backordered as we are only provided one label per order; additionally, backordered items may come in at different times to begin with and thus would need to wait anyway. So it’s an easier process to ship them all together. This is why we offer different options to get your package to you sooner if you don’t want to delay your in-stock items.
