Background
Idra-21 is an AMPA PAM and has shown powerful cognition enhancement in primates, that is easily transferable to humans as AMPA PAMs have many times proven to enhance cognition in healthy people. The first nootropic, Piracetam, is an AMPA PAM and cholinergic.
