Customs Declarations and Packaging

What we declare on customs forms

All international shipments include a customs declaration form as required by international shipping regulations. Our declarations include:

  • Item description — Each product is listed by name (e.g. “(RAC)-AF710B-Powder (1.5g)”, “KW-6356-Solution (6mg/mL)”)
  • Declared as “Merchandise” — The shipment type is marked as merchandise
  • Declared value — All shipments are declared at regular price up to $100 USD, where the $100 is there after split across all individual items evenly.
  • Quantity and weight — The number of items and total package weight

We follow standard commercial shipping practices and declare items accurately based on what is in the package.

Can you change what is on the customs form?

No. We are unable to alter, omit, or misrepresent any information on customs declarations. This includes:

  • Changing or removing product names
  • Marking items as “gift” or “sample” instead of merchandise
  • Using vague or generic descriptions to avoid inspection

We understand that some countries have stricter import policies, and we get this request often. However, customs declarations are legal documents, and we are required to fill them out accurately. This policy applies to all orders without exception.

If you are concerned about customs in your country, we recommend researching your local import regulations before placing an order. If your package is seized, see our article on customs seizures and refunds for how we handle refunds.

How are orders packaged?

Orders are shipped in plain, unmarked white bubble mailers. There is no company branding, product names, or other identifying information on the outside of the package — just the shipping label.

For larger orders that do not fit in a mailer, we use a plain cardboard box, also with no branding or product markings.

The only thing visible on the outside is the standard shipping label with the sender and recipient addresses.

Item wise, they have a label indicating what they are and how much is in the bottle/jar. The bottles are put in small bubble pouches for safe keeping, and the jars are left as is. We will not send the bottles/jars without labels.
