Customs rejected my package (returning to sender)
If customs rejects your package and sends it back to us, we will process a refund once we physically receive the returned package. This typically takes 1–2 weeks from when customs releases the return.
Customs seized or is destroying my package
If you’ve received an official seizure or destruction notice from customs, forward that notice to us. Once we have documentation of the seizure, we’ll process your refund right away — no need to wait for a physical return.
Important refund details for customs issues
- Shipping costs are not refundable on customs returns or seizures.
- Peptide products are not refundable — peptides are destroyed upon return and cannot be restocked.
- We do not offer reshipments. All customs issues are handled through refunds only.
