We ship to nearly every country in the world. Here’s what to know about international orders.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes — we ship to virtually every country. There is no global blocklist. If our checkout shows shipping options for your address, we can ship to you.
In rare cases, a specific product may be restricted from shipping to certain countries due to local regulations. If a product can’t be shipped to your country, you’ll be notified during checkout.
Which carrier will my order ship with?
International orders ship via one of two carriers, depending on your location:
- USPS First-Class Package International — available to most countries. This is our standard international service.
- DHL Express Worldwide — available to most countries alongside USPS. DHL is typically faster (3–7 business days) but costs more.
You’ll see the available options and prices at checkout. A few things to note:
- Germany, Portugal, and Spain — USPS only. DHL Express is not available for these destinations.
- Saudi Arabia and Ukraine — DHL Express only. USPS does not currently serve these countries.
Free international shipping
Free shipping is available on international orders over $500. Free shipping orders are sent via USPS First-Class Package International. If USPS is not available for your country, the free shipping option will not appear — you can still order using DHL Express.
Delivery times
International delivery times vary by carrier and destination:
- USPS First-Class International: 7–21 business days (can be longer depending on customs)
- DHL Express Worldwide: 3–7 business days to most destinations
Processing time (picking, packing, label creation) is typically 1–2 business days on top of transit time.
It is also not uncommon for customs to hold on to packages for longer than seems normal, it’s a lot more common in countries that have stricter customs. If they are caught up, they’re usually released in a few weeks; all of our products are built to handle this rare but possible delay without deterioration.
Customs and import duties
International shipments go through customs in the destination country. This process is outside our control and can add additional time to delivery. Any import duties, taxes, or fees assessed by your country’s customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient.
We include standard commercial documentation (invoices, customs declarations) with every international shipment. If you need specific documentation, let us know and we’ll do what we can.
Customs declarations and packaging
Every international shipment includes accurate customs documentation listing the products by name, classified as merchandise. We are unable to alter or misrepresent any information on customs forms — this is a firm policy with no exceptions.
Orders ship in plain, unmarked white bubble mailers (or a plain cardboard box for larger orders) with no branding on the outside.

Will my package make it through customs?
Most packages clear customs without issues. However, customs regulations vary by country, and some countries are stricter than others. We cannot guarantee clearance in every jurisdiction.
If your package is seized or rejected by customs, see our article on customs seizures and refunds for next steps.
