We process and ship orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1–3 business days.
Our hours and same-day cutoffs
We process and ship orders during our office hours, Monday to Saturday, 10am–4pm EST. Whether your order ships the same day depends on when it’s placed relative to the carrier’s daily cutoff:
- USPS: packages leave our facility around 3:30pm EST, Monday–Saturday.
- DHL: packages are collected at 3pm EST, Monday–Friday.
When your order ships, based on when you placed it (assuming everything is in stock):
- Before office hours: Processed and packed when we come in, and shipped that day.
- During office hours, before the cutoff (USPS 10am–3:30pm / DHL 10am–3pm EST): Processed in the order received and usually shipped the same day.
- During office hours, after the cutoff (USPS 3:30–4pm / DHL 3–4pm EST): Processed and packed, but not shipped until the next shipping day for your carrier (USPS Monday–Saturday, DHL Monday–Friday).
- After office hours: Held until the next day we’re in office, then processed, packed, and shipped that day if it’s a shipping day for your carrier.
Standard orders (all items in stock)
If everything in your order is in stock, it will usually ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once a shipping label has been created.
Orders with backordered items
If any item in your order is currently out of stock, the entire order is held until that item is available. If you’d rather not wait, you have two options:
- Swap the backordered item for an in-stock item of similar price.
- Remove the backordered item and get a refund for it — we’ll ship the rest right away.

Shipping speed
- Domestic (US): Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
- International: Delivery times vary by country and customs processing. Expect 1–4 weeks for most destinations.
