Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Here’s what to know.
Tracking isn’t updating
It’s normal for tracking to go quiet for a few days, especially for international shipments. This usually means the package is in transit between scan points. Customs processing in particular can add delays without any tracking updates.
What we can see
We have access to the same tracking information you do. Once a package leaves our facility, we aren’t able to speed it up or contact the carrier for more details beyond what’s shown in tracking. Feel to contact the carrier directly for in-depth details on the packages location.
Package seems lost or stuck
- Domestic orders: If there’s been no movement for 2+ weeks, contact us and we’ll look into it.
- International orders: Customs processing can take several weeks. If your package has been in transit for 2 months or more with no updates, reach out to us — at that point we begin the refund process.
